Casa Maurizio, thanks to its central position in the center of the seaside town of Marina di Grosseto and a few steps from the beach, is a real gem for those who love a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Despite being on one of the main streets in the city center, privacy is ensured by a fence that hides the outdoor area furnished with tables and umbrellas for your outdoor lunches or dinners from by passers. An automatic gate allows access to the private parking on the property where two cars can comfortably find space. A few steps lead from the outdoor area to the porch which leads to the house which is spread over three levels. Entering you will be greeted by a large living room whose sea-blue ceramic floors, refined furnishings and decorations will make you feel immediately in vacation! The large living room is furnished with a big corner sofa where you can relax and comfortably watch TV as well as a few other elements that accentuate the space with taste and elegance. A short and comfortable staircase leads to the lower level where the large kitchen is located. Here you will find everything you need .. and more! Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven… and a large table that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. From the kitchen a small hallway beads to a bedroom with a queen size bed, large wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has an independent entrance from the outside space. Returning to the living room, another comfortable staircase leads to the upper level. The first room with a large wardrobe, is used as a study with a comfortable desk. Continuing you will find the other two bathrooms with shower, and other three bedrooms, one double room and two bedrooms and with two single beds. If necessary, one of these can be transformed into a double room. At the end of the corridor, a door leads to a large veranda equipped with a washing machine, laundry tub and service cabinets. The veranda also has direct access to the outside space. The house is fully air conditioned and also has a heating system. All the finishes, doors, windows, furnishing, ceramics are of great value and make this house a great object for guests looking for a prestigious holiday home.
