A great place to relax and conveniently located next to many hiking destinations in Shawnee. Plenty of room for the whole family or hunting group with 3 bedrooms and 3 queen beds. The property has a fire ring and gas grill for your enjoyment. The whole house is on 1 level with stairs up into the home. The kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies for cooking. Also, a Weber gas grill is available for grilling. The internet here is very fast. There is a smart tv in the living room where you can sign in to your streaming service of choice. There is plenty of room for activities here. There is a fire pit and firewood to make S'mores or roast a hotdog. Plenty of outdoor seating to take in the scenery. There is also a pond and dock with a gate. Swim at your own risk. Fishing is permitted we just ask to catch and release so other guests can enjoy fishing as well. Pets allowed. Max of 2 pets. The Pet fee is $45/pet/stay. The property is fairly remote. There is a locked gate when you arrive at the property. Instructions on how to access the property will be sent to you on the day you are to check in at 10 am CST. Parking is available in the driveway. There is a low water crossing on the lane getting to the property. In rare cases of heavy rain, the crossing could be unpassable for a short time. We have had many people stay at the property and have never had an issue with it. Also, we have had several guests drive their minivans here and they do not have any issue driving across the low area.
