The Old Dairy is a beautifully converted dairy in a gorgeous village in Devon a few minutes drive from three of the most stunning surf beaches in England. Dog friendly house, beaches and pubs. The Old Dairy forms part of the farm building seen in the aerial view photo and shares the drive with the barn next door and has private use of the gardens to the right with a covered BBQ area and little beach hut to chill out in. The houses outlook is over rural green countryside and fields of sheep and cows. .But It is only 5 minutes walk through the village to two fabulous gastro pubs, the local shop/ post office and church. The village is in an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' close to stunning coastal walks, fishing spots and some of the best surf in the UK for surfing, body boarding, swimming, kite surfing, wind surfing or just a lazy BBQ on the beach. 'The Old Dairy' is a large, light and spacious home with oak beams, much charm and character and a warm cosy feel. All the rooms are overlooking the gardens or fields or both. There are three large bedrooms, three bathrooms including one with en suite, kitchen/Dinning room, Large Lounge with 3 sofas and patio doors on to the garden. Second lounge with Log Burner and corner sofa to seat nine people and a 55" Smart TV. There is also a useful office and a Utility/Boot room. The downstairs shower is perfect for returning from muddy walks or surfing . Ample parking for 4/5 car. The gardens and little apple orchard overlooking the fields are the perfect place for outdoor dinning or evenings sat around the fire pit. The village pubs :The Kings Arms and The Rock are extremely welcoming and serve fine food. Both are dog friendly. The Kings Arms sometimes has live music on at weekends while The Rock tends to be more for 'foodies', both are only a pleasant 5 minute walk away through the village.
