Mt. Baker Lodging Cabin #97 – REAL LOG CABIN, LAKESIDE, DOCK, PETS OK, SLEEPS-6! Cabin 97 'Pinecone' is Log Cabin at the Lake that is Pet Friendly! This 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1-bath, real log home is the quintessential lake front cabin! The first floor features an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with a wood stove and a gas stove, one bedroom with 1-full size bed, a second bedroom with 1-full size bed, and a 3/4 bath, as well as a mud room with a washer/dryer. The second floor is an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed. Enjoy magnificent views of Silver Lake both from the living area, as well as the wrap around deck, with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a gas BBQ. This cabin has it's own dock, so feel free to bring your row boat or Kayak! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons. (Enforced Maximum Occupancy) This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. NO HOT TUB/ PET FRIENDLY/ NON SMOKING/ NO WIFI The Location The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! House Manual Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls.
