CHIC and MINIMALIST studio in LILLE

Welcome to LILLE ! I welcome you in my charming 25 square meters studio in the heart of EURALILLE district, located on the 5th floor with elevator, perfect for 2 people. It is ideally located near the Vieille Bourse and the Lille Flandres train station. You will be able to walk in a historically rich city and discover the life of Lille in all its splendor! Very good stay! :) ## Logement Located in the heart of Lille, my studio is carefully decorated, bright and is composed of a living room with a sleeping area with a double bed, a beautiful bathroom and a modern and equipped kitchenette. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Elevator, Coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to the Lille Opera House at 5 min walk, the Grande Place at 6 min walk, the Porte de Paris at 15 min walk and the Palais des Beaux-Arts of Lille at 13 min walk. The Parc de la Citadelle with the Lille Zoo is a 20-minute walk away and the Hospice Comtesse Museum is a 10-minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are nearby, allowing you to taste local specialties, such as La Citadelle, Pinocchio, Nefertiti, Opera Corner; as well as shops such as Carrefour City at 2 min walk and Kitchen Market Lille at 5 min walk. The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement -- Fives The Fives district represents the largest historical industrial area of the city of Lille. These numerous factories testify to this, which are part of the city's Great Urban Project to transform these areas into residential areas and attract the population, notably with an international high school for hotel and restaurant trades, a swimming pool, a 5 hectare public park and a gymnasium. The charm of the district lies in its huge halls, which once housed metallurgical steelmaking activities and now house new public spaces. The Fives district wants to revive the industrial heritage of the sector. -- Saint-Maurice Pellevoisin The Saint-Maurice Pellevoisin district is quite chic and bourgeois and is full of greenery with the Buissonnets Park, the Barberousse Park, the Marcel Dhénin educational farm and; the Giants Garden composed of bamboo sculptures and water mirrors also houses a bar to enjoy the beautiful days on the terrace. Since 2009, many municipal facilities have been added to the district, such as the new premises of the social center, the music school and the new reception area of the Eastern Cemetery. ## Transports Metro : Lines M1 and M2 (Lille Flandres station) : 2 mn walk. Bus : Lines 9, 10, 14, 16, B1, N1 and L5 (Lille Flandres station): 5 minutes on foot. From Lille-Lesquin Airport : 15 min by car. From Lille Flandres train station : 2 mn on foot.
