Our newly renovated four-bedroom three-bathroom home is not only cute and cozy, but it's also located right in the heart of Capitol Heights, giving you access to the best Montgomery has to offer! With Downtown being less than 3 miles away, guests will have easy access to all the memorials and museums, dining, shopping, and nightlife! With an open concept living/kitchen area, laundry, generous sized bedrooms, and a fenced-in back yard, guests will enjoy starting and ending their day while staying with us in beautiful Montgomery! The Space: Welcome to our Capitol Heights home! Guests will have to navigate a small flight of stairs leading to our quaint covered front porch and cheery front door. Once inside, our open-concept living/kitchen allows families and friends to spend quality time together. Whether you are relaxing in our cozy living room, streaming your favorite shows on our flat-screen TV complete with Roku, or cooking up your favorite home-cooked meals in our newly updated full kitchen, we know you will feel right at home. There are two master suite bedrooms rooms with updated spa-like private ensuite bathrooms! This home has 7 beds with sleeping room for 12 and an additional two can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room! With an additional full bathroom, separate laundry room, and large fenced-in back yard, it's the perfect place for a family or group of friends to spend their time in Montgomery! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: We are in a residential neighborhood in the historic Capitol Heights district. Enjoy convenient access to the best that Montgomery has to offer. The heart of downtown Montgomery is just a few miles away, allowing guests to experience all the culture and history and take advantage of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
