We have loads of parks, green spaces, and opportunities to have fun outdoors. Joe Pool Lake is less than 10 minutes away and offers a wide variety of activities, including bird watching, jet skiing, fishing, and picnic/barbecue spots. Cedar Ridge Preserve, which the home backs onto, offers 9 miles of hiking trails and the opportunity to see lots of animals and natural habitats. Armstrong Park (10 minutes away) is a 21-acre park that features an outdoor theater, a recreation center, sports courts, historic sites, and a playground. Mountain Creek Lake is also nearby, just a 20-minute drive. If you’re looking to check out some stores, you can shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 10 minutes away. A popular local attraction, the DuncanSwitch Street Market is held on the third Saturday of each month in neighboring downtown Duncanville. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
