Only 15 minutes from the Denver Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Broncos Stadium, Rockies Stadium and Ball Arena for the Avalanche. Quick access to I-70 makes it easy to explore the bountiful parks, trails, and all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping Denver has to offer. The Space: Full House fits up to 11 guests - 4 bedrooms - 6 beds - 3 full bath, Fully self Check-in! Please take a moment to read our house rules. Hot tub is installed with the new multi-level deck and mountain view! Our large home has two main living areas, when you enter you'll find a full kitchen and living room with a large TV connected to Roku and ready to stream. The dining room can seat up to 8 or there are a few seats at the kitchen bar for a casual meal. The Master Suite has its own bathroom and a private balcony, and the second bedroom shares a full bath stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash. From the Living Room there is French door access to the back deck with great views of the mountains and large seating area to enjoy with your guests for cozy evenings and beautiful sunsets. The basement level has a nice open living room with a sofa couch and another large TV. There is a kitchenette next to the laundry room with an available Washer/Dryer (and detergent!) for guest use and access to the large, fenced in backyard. Downstairs are the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well. We love your furry pets, just let us know you're bringing them along to enjoy the Colorado landscape. Denver Biscuit Company, Clancy’s Irish Pub, Colorado Plus Brew Pub and Taphouse, Audacity Lounge, Stylus and Crate and Right Coast Pizza If you're looking for close trails and open spaces, the Clear Creek Trail is just south of the house which connects Downtown Denver to beautiful Golden. Crown Hill Park Wildlife Sanctuary is a beautiful 242 acres of Open Space and trails, just north of our home! Guest Access: Guests may access the entire house, except for the garage. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks, Apple Ridge Café, and Discovery Playground Park, with great views of the Rocky Mountains. Wheat Ridge rec center across Kipling St. and this area is lucky enough to have many different types of wildlife. You may see around the property the occasional wildlife including rabbits, raccoons, a variety of birds and insects, even the occasional garden snake. Just let them do their thing, and enjoy it when you are lucky enough to see an occasional sighting. Getting Around: Endless biking and jogging trails nearby, such as Clear Creek Park, just south of the house, that can connect you with Boulder to Downtown Denver. Bus routes are a short drive to 10189 West 53rd Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002 and takes you to the new Arvada Ridge G-Line Light rail to Denver Union Station. Other Things to Note: *There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **We love pets! But please let us know when you're bringing your dog. There will be an additional PET CLEANING FEE of $50 charged for the extra time it takes to clean pet hair from the furniture and house before the next guests arrive.
