Spacious 1983 sqft guest house with lots of space to gather inside or outside. 215 yards from the beach makes it easily walkable. Close to down town, the aquarium, casinos, shopping and restaurants. Guest house is 1983 sqft with plenty of space to entertain, a large kitchen, open bar area and large outdoor area with seating. Bedroom & Attached Bathroom The bedroom has a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & full bathroom with a shower attached. There is an attached full bathroom with a shower. Living room The living room is very large. There is a queen Nantucket bed (Murphy bed) in the living room that folds out. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available. There is a separate full bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from the living room. There is a dart board, shuffle board table and an arcade system in the living area. Kitchen There is a large open kitchen with a gas range. We have provided quality cookware and cutlery for guest who wish to cook. Loft There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area does a have low ceiling. There is a TV in the bedroom, 2 in the living room and 1 in the loft. They are all smart TV's with access to Sling TV, Netflix and HULU. Parking: Guest of the guest house should park behind the main house right in front of the guest house. There is room for 2 cars. Additional vehicles should park on the street.
