BED & BATH This home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms. Two tranquil bedrooms are both furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers ample cushioned seating and forest views. An expansive yard features plenty of space to relax or play lawn games. This single-story home is accessed via five steps at the entryway. THE LOCATION Travel approximately 10 minutes to dining and shopping in downtown Hendersonville. Parking notes: The light blue cottage will be on the left with a 2 car garage directly in front of the driveway. The screened porch faces the pond. Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. This gravel driveway is not used by the house next door. They have their own access to their property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
