This large 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 level home will meet all of your entertaining and vacation needs. Sip a glass of wine from the hot tub with a view of Red Mountain or tuck into a good book by the fireplace. There is a 2 car garage so no clearing snow off your vehicle in the morning. Description This townhome style, end unit condo at Granite Mountain Chalets features 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with approximately 1800 sq ft of living space. You'll find a two car garage to park and store your gear and a large entry way to hang your jackets and warm your boots. There is also a third parking spot outside in the common lot. The lower level bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom with washer and dryer. The open concept main floor has a large kitchen to cook for a group with a ton of counter space with an island with seating for 3 and opening to the dining area with a table for 6. The kitchen and dining open to the living room with 46" HD TV, DVD Player, PVR and surround sound, with doors that lead to the largest deck with a hot tub. There are two additional decks for morning coffee, allowing you to enjoy views from both sides of the home. Upper level has 2 Bedrooms, both have queen beds and cable TV in each. The Master has an full piece ensuite. Another full piece washroom on this level as well so no waiting! Sorry no pets *Bookings 30 nights and longer are tax exempt.
