Nestled on a half-acre corner property shaded by mature trees, this home offers prime outdoor entertaining space with a sprawling patio that includes a fire pit as well as two separate decks with alfresco dining and lounge furniture. LIVING AREA Giving the home a nautical New England feel, the living room is crafted with wood beam ceilings, custom built-ins, and has a gas fireplace. Recline on a sofa and plush armchairs and watch shows on the 32” TV with cable. Unwind downstairs in the bonus living area, outfitted with a sofa, two chairs, and a 42” Roku TV with Roku. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. A charming built-in window nook offers an additional seat near the breakfast bar. Gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table, which can seat six. BED & BATH The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, armchair, closet, and offers access to a wraparound deck. The en-suite bath features a marble vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, 43” TV, and two armchairs. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bed, armchair, and a closet. A second bath is configured with a tub/shower combination. There is a twin roll-away bed in the hall closet. OUTDOOR AREA Entertain on three separate outdoor spaces, including two decks and a sprawling patio. A wraparound deck has two lounge chairs and can be accessed via the master bedroom or patio. An additional deck provides al fresco dining for six as well as a space heater for cool evenings. Gather around the fire pit and roast s’mores on the patio, equipped with seven Adirondack chairs and a grill. Enjoy the winding paths, the swing and hammock, and the kids’ playhouse. EXTRA AMENITIES Parking is available for six vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer, five window AC units (in all bedrooms and one in the common area), beach towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Pool table/ping pong table, foosball, board games, and puzzles in the basement. Take a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket Island -- the Hyannis Harbor and ferry terminal is 0.8 miles. Enjoy a day of history, exploring the JFK Memorial, JFK Museum, and Maritime Museum -- all within a mile. Explore multiple beaches within a mile and take in scenic harbor views. Pack a picnic and check out the shell-filled shoreline at Veterans Park or Sea Street Beach. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing at Kalmus Beach located 1.5 miles from home. Parking notes: When the guest arrives at the house, they need to drive around and park beside the house. There is a Shell Driveway on the back side of the house and 4 cars can be parked there. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
