Skybox (Apt W/ Office & Laundry)

Enjoy spectacular views of George Washington Headquarters and Mount Beacon from the living room. This apartment is just minutes from major highways (I87 and I84). Near all the Hudson valley has to offer including West Point, Hudson walkway, Breakneck Mountain, wineries and apple cider. There are several venues in and around town, including Newburgh Brewery, Liberty Street Bistro, The Wherehouse restaurant, Mama Roux, and so many more places within a 3 minute walk. Wonderful apartment with a view. Our apartment has an office and a private space at out the front door to store bikes or deliveries if needed. The first floor has a brand new washer and dryer as well as a full backyard. We are available via the app 24-7 but please a delayed response between the hours of 9PM and 8AM. If there is an emergency we can be there within minutes as we are in the neighborhood. There are 43 steps (3 flights of stairs) to reach the 4th floor. Please let us know if you will be traveling with any pets/animals. If you are traveling with any pets/animals, please note that there will be an added fee of $30 per pet/animal per day. Max of three pets.
