Cottonwood Comfort- 5 minutes to Bryce Resort!

Summary: Come on in to Cottonwood Comfort located in the Bryce Resort Neighborhood. Our home is minutes from Bryce Resort (less than 5 minutes), Lake Laura, hiking trails, restaurants, orchards and wineries. There will be something for everyone in your party no matter what season you come out and visit. Nestled under mature trees, you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The Space: This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home ready to embrace you during your stay at Bryce Resort and Mt. Jackson. The first bedroom has a King size bed with one in room full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom as Twin bunk beds. A Roku TV is available for you to stream all your streaming devices! There is a fully stocked kitchen for those nights of cooking indoors, or a grill outside with grill utensils for the evenings around the fire pit! Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. All cancellations due to weather are subject to our cancellation policy. There can be unpredictable winter weather in the Shenandoah Valley, which can make traversing roads and accessing homes challenging. We recommend purchasing traveler's insurance if you are concerned that your vehicle might not be able to traverse snowy roads during inclement weather and you may have to cancel. We do allow rescheduling and crediting your stay towards a future stay in lieu of a refund due to cancellation. The Neighborhood: Our home is located near Bryce Resort. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
