The living room fireplace is open on both sides, where additional comfortable seating can accommodate your group next to the kitchen and near the TV. The well-appointed kitchen is next to the living room, with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There is seating in the dining room for eight (8) with bar seating for four (4) more. The spacious master suite is located on the main floor with a king bed, TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck overlooking the lake. The master bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub, a separate walk-in steam shower, dual vanities and bidet. There is a separate lounging area in front of the large wall mounted TV where sports or a movie could be enjoyed for the downstairs area. A short walk out the back leads to a private boat dock on Kerr Scott Lake, where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating at your fingertips.
