The Oyster is located just one small block about a 2 minute walk to Hwy 98 in the Miracle Strip area of Ft. Walton Beach which is loaded with Restaurants, Shopping, Bars, Ft. Walton Beach Landing, Okaloosa Sound and more. Its about a three minute drive to Okaloosa Island across the Brooks Bridge which overlooks the Intercostal waterway where you can enjoy the Choctawhatchee Bay to the north and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. The Oyster is located just about a 10 minute beautiful ride across the Okaloosa Island and into Destin at the beautiful East Pass Bridge where you will see the now very popular Crab Island and the Choctawhatchee Bay to your north. The Destin East Pass will be to your south as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Everything your looking for from the beaches to boating to fishing inshore and offshore, restaurants, bars, fun, and more right along the docks of the extremely well know Destin harbor. Parasailing, Wave Runners, Pontoon Boats, Paddle Boards and much more can be rented in the immediate area most of the year.
