LIVING AREA The living area is appointed with a wood stove and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating for four. BED & BATH This home sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Fire up the gas grill and cook your local catch on the back patio. Dine alfresco together at the table. Take a sailing lesson or book a lobster boat tour. Reserve tickets to the Clambake on Cabbage Island -- the ferry leaves from 22 Commercial Street (0.3 miles). Walk the wetland and woodland trails at Penny Lake Preserve (0.9 miles). For a perfect afternoon trip, head to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, just a 10-minute drive. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Tandem parking is available for up to two vehicles in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. Please pull all the way up -- do not block the narrow road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
