When you make your booking you acknowledge all these and take responsibility to respect them. Rules and regulations (book only if you accept all of these stated below) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - No solo travelers. - For local Vrbo members there is a minimum 3 nights booking policy and must be approved by the hosts in advance. - No pets (including the visitors pets) - No smoking - Inside the house including the garage. (Outdoors we recommend to smoke on the backyard ). - Absolutely no parties are allowed like collage reunion, bridal showers, birthday parties, weddings, etc. Of course, a dinner with local friends or family members is allowed but the maximum number of adults are 15 including the guests and visitors at any time on the premisses. The hosts must be notified about any event in advance because of insurance liability issues and the person who booked must take responsibility for anything that happens to any of the guests or visitors. - No visitors can not stay later than 9:55 PM on the premisses or they will be considered as guests and we will charge for that. - Please make sure that after 9:55 PM you keep your voice down outside the house like Pool area and Gazebo. - Any issues with the property including cleaning or maintenance issues must be reported to the hosts in writing immediately - so we can fix them asap. If it's urgent then you must also call us. Check-in information - The check-in instructions and useful information will be sent out about 3 days before the arrival day. - There is a self-check-in option provided with an Clock but if you need any assistance to check-in we are glad to help. - If you are going to check in later the 4 PM on your arrival date please, let us know and we might be able to do some extra maintenance for your convenience if needed. During your stay - We provide makeup remover wipes in every bathroom. If the white towels are used and damaged by removing make ups we charge $10 for each of them. - If you run out of propane gas there is a spare one in the garage. If you can change it please do and send me a message to replace the empty one. If you cannot do it yourselves than call me and I will be glad to do it. - All equipment inside and outside the house including all the toys + games + playground facilities can be used only for the guests own risk. If there are kids staying at the house the adults have to take responsibility for them. - We will take no responsibility of any accident for using any equipment and toys etc. and facilities on the property. -The hot tub and gym can be used by anyone under the age of 18 if there is an adult present over age 18 to look out for them. - Please, read the sign by the Hot tub about the rules how to use he hot tub to avoid any health or safety issues. - The temperature can be set while the numbers are blinking on the panel after pushing the up or down buttons. - If you set the temperature up or down or you want to turn on or off the pumps or lighting make sure that you always wait 3-5 seconds before you push any other buttons otherwise you will reset the temperature settings and/or the filtering cycle. - If you exit the hot tub, make sure every time that you see a steady number on the digital panel otherwise please, notify us to reset it. If the numbers are blinking or there are special characters on the screen it means that by accident someone pushed the buttons in an inappropriate sequence. - Please, take responsibility by using the hot tub. Read the sign on the wall and respect them. If the water is not in an acceptable condition when you arrive then let the hosts to know right away. We will check it out immediately and adjust it if needed. - Do not use anything like shampoo or soap in the hot tub or enter with sun lotioned skin or pour any type of alcohol etc. to change the water quality. If there is accessible foaming or the color of the water changes that is a proof of some kind of unwanted chemical getting into the water. - Make sure to keep the hot tub cover always secured with the child locks on if the hot tub is not in use. The check-out procedure - The check out time is strictly 10 AM unless we notify you about the option of late check out. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras by the front door, driveway, garage, and play area.
