Welcome to our 2-story pool house: a perfect combination of spectacular outdoor amenities, including a huge backyard with a swimming pool, BBQ grill, dining table and a fire pit; and indoor comfort and FUN, featuring a massive game room, comfortable bedrooms with office spaces and a beautiful balcony. Get ready to compete against your friends in our massive game room with: • Arcade games: Marvel vs Capcom Head-to-Head gaming table and Outrun Seated Arcade. • Pinball • Shuffleboard table • Foosball table Enjoy a sunny afternoon in our huge backyard featuring: • Swimming pool with 4 lounge chairs and pool toys • Outdoor dining table and comfortable seating + 2 hammocks! • BBQ Grill • Fire pit with logs Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our spacious living room with a 65" smart TV with access to streaming services + a comfortable sectional couch, a beautifully decorated photo wall and unique seating: egg chairs, a super comfortable bean bag, and 2 hanging hammock chairs. Enjoy meals and get-togethers with friends & family in our large kitchen complete with a 10 person table plus bar seating. Plus, take in some fresh air and unique photos on the second floor balcony. Dogs and cats are always welcome! Enjoy a full kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils. Guest access: You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated. Parking: we have a private driveway that will fit 6 cars. Ample street parking is also available. Please note that ONLY the guests on the reservation are allowed in the home. This applies to more than just staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 8 people, there should NEVER be more than 8 people in the home at once without our prior approval. We have monitors that track the number of phones present in the home. Cleaning fee includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more. This property is monitored on the front door by a Ring doorbell camera. Please make sure to read our full house rules before booking. We look forward to hosting you! House rules: It is very important that we are all on the same page and informed of all that is below, please read everything: • Treat this home with respect and respect the neighbors. • Please be respectful with the noise levels and know we have a noise monitoring device installed in the property that will send you and us alerts if it detects excess noise and/or crowding. • This is a non-smoking home (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. • Please note that ONLY the guests on the reservation are allowed in the home. This applies to more than just staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 8 people, there should NEVER be more than 8 people in the home at once. We do have monitors that track the number of phones present in the home. • The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Failure to obey this rule will result will have consequences including but not limited to, calling of the authorities, guests immediately vacating the property, and a withholding of any security deposit. • While we would love for our guest to party, it is reserved for ONLY the guests on the reservation. • City of Dallas quiet hours ordinance: 10PM-7AM. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available for this property. • Check-out time is 10:00AM sharp as cleaning staff will arrive to prepare for same day guests checking in. A $100 late check out fine will be charged if this rule is not obeyed. • Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and return any moved furniture back to the way you found it.
