The cozy living area offers a sofa and armchair. Unwind and watch a movie on the large TV. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances (with no dishwasher). When you're ready to eat, dine together at the table for four. Kick back on the front porch and sip iced tea while dinner sizzles on the gas grill. The sprawling dog-friendly yard includes two firepits. This home is equipped with window air-conditioning units from May through September. A gas wall heater comfortably heats the entire interior. The property is situated close to the interstate for easy access to sightseeing, activities and more! LOCATION Head to nearby Lake Summit for a fun day of kayaking on the water. You'll also find a plethora of outdoor activities close at hand, including hiking, biking, tubing, and ziplining. Things to know Family dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
