LIVING AREA Relax in the bright and airy living area, detailed with a chic sofa, seating nook, armchair, and 42” cable TV. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances as well as a cute two-seat coffee bar. When it’s time to eat, gather for meals in the dining room with seating for up to 10. BED & BATH This two-level home sleeps up to five guests in three upstairs bedrooms. The sunny master bedroom features a queen bed and a desk area. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-size bed. The large upstairs bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The bathroom on the main level has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This property is situated on a corner lot with a large lawn, as well as seating for two and a firepit. Pick up fresh seafood at the market and make use of the gas grill. Parking is allowed in the Depot St. driveway or Depot St. public parking lot only. Parking along the street is not allowed in this area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
