This historic house, built in 1903, has a four bedroom unit on the North Side that is also used for short-term vacation rentals. The owners of the property live in a separate apartment in the building. All units are fully private and no spaces are shared. Surrounded by churches on two sides and backing to the Culp's Hill battlefield entrance, this property is clean, bright and offers great space for a couple with a pet and a small child. A comfortable pillow-top queen mattress and bedding are provided. You will also have a new large screen TV with Comcast channels and streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix and more. A leather loveseat recliner and an electric fireplace are available in the living room. The bathroom is newly renovated and features a shower seat if needed. Enjoy our freshly roasted Stratton House coffee beans in the grinding coffee maker. We offer a gas grill in your private courtyard area, and a small grass area for dog comfort. Centrally located to many other local attractions, you are an easy drive to Lancaster Dutch Country, Hershey Park, Ski Liberty, York, and Baltimore. Washington, DC is also a fun day trip. Since this is a very quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors and other guests, we ask that there be no loud outside noise past 9 PM and no loud inside noise past 10 PM. No smoking inside the house at any time.
