The large backyard is perfect for playing outside! It has a tree swing and a shed that houses 4 beach bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach caddy to make your stroll to the beach (11 blocks) much less stressful. This house has it all! There is a two-car driveway on the property and plenty of free street parking. Known as a bike town, the island has so much to see and do in walking and biking distance. This property includes the use of 4 bicycles for when you want to venture a little further than a light stroll.
