Perfect for events! This home is close to all of the tourist attractions around downtown dallas, uptown, deep ellum, bishop arts, trinity groves, and more. It's also very close to the zoo and aquarium (all within 6 miles) There is an extra long driveway behind a private gate. You can also park on the street. The Hot Tub is a separate cost. It's $79 per trip depending on length (this is due to the cost of draining, cleaning, nad refilling it, the utility cost, water treatment cost, and general depreciation of the unit). You are welcome to book for events but please realize everybody sleeping there must be added and all visitors need to be accounted for by adding 0.5 people per visitor to the reservation total. This is because the variable costs of operating the house (cleaning, trash, insurance, utilities, etc.) go up based on the number of people in the home and not just based on whether they happen to sleep at the home.
