Fully stocked house with all the amenities you might need; cooking/serving dishes, coffee/creamer/sugar, towels, hairdryers, board games, books, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more. Prime location close to restaurants, bars and Austin's main attractions. Information will not be shared with any third parties. Your Booking is not complete until you've signed the License Agreement. A link to sign will be sent via DocuSign. Access to the property cannot be granted before signing the License Agreement. *The pool is available to be heated upon request. $600 fee for up to 3 nights, $200 each additional day. No charge to heat the hot tub. *Maximum 5 vehicles. 3 vehicles on the driveway and up to 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the house. *There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house or on the upper patios. Smoking outside on the lower level patio may take place only with all doors and windows closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed directly into the outside trash cans. *Max occupancy is 16. First 12 guests included in base rate - $100/night for each additional guest. (Automatically incorporated in total when you select number of guests while booking). Additional guests (above 16) may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact host for special approval. *Cleaning/Linen fee is $450 * Occupancy Tax - Due to the property's location, the Occupancy Tax is only 6% and not the normal 15%. This amounts to a 9% tax savings over other properties located in Austin which must charge 15%. On a nightly rental of $2K, this is a $180 savings per night. *There are security cameras outside of the home for added security. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.
