Looking for a unique, comfortable place to stay? Heart of Paso Robles is located in the California Central Coast wine country. It is a three bedroom, two bath house with a large, functional kitchen and spacious living room. Entertain the family with our new game room, complete with a pool table and ping pong! Outside, enjoy a lovely day swimming in the pool and an evening lounging around the fire pit and tiki bar. Relax in the spa, located in a private corner just outside your bedroom door. Please notify us if you would like the pool heated, there is a $600 propane charge. Please note the following Health & Safety points: • Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock • Security cameras/audio recording devices • Must climb stairs - The house is on a foundation and has a few steps up • Potential for noise- The house is close to the freeway • Home is not suitable for children due to the lack of gate around the pool and expensive furnishings / décor
