Llamaste in Hazel Park

Summary: ATTN: We require reviews for booking. No exceptions. Cozy & stylish two bedroom house located in a charming, up and coming neighborhood in Hazel Park. Located half a mile from the I-75 freeway, you can quickly and easily drive/Uber to many areas of interest. Downtown Detroit is only a 15-20 minute drive, while Royal Oak and Ferndale are 10 mins away. The Space: With a southwestern, bohemian esthetic our two bedroom, one bathroom house is cozy and comfortable. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the 49” smart TV (no cable - must use your own Hulu or Netflix login) or cooking in our full amenity kitchen, complete with basic cookware items, gas stove, oven and microwave. (FYI no coffee machine) Catch some much needed Zzz’s in one of the two bedrooms that both include 1 queen bed, a closet and a dresser for all of your necessities. Bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning supplies are all provided. This unit does NOT provide a washer or a dryer. We don’t provide shampoo, soap, bath supplies, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. If we smell cigarette smoke after your check out you will be subject to a $100 fine for ignoring this RULE. Please respect our space as if it was your own. We ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture. If you need to move something, please place it back in its original location before checking out. Two trash bins are available out back for your waste. Grey is for regular trash, green is for recycling. Trash pick up day is Thursday. If you are staying through a Thursday you are required to put both bins out on the curb by 7am on Thursday morning. PLEASE BE AWARE AND COURTEOUS OF OUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES as they are firm due to other scheduled bookings throughout the week. If you would like to check in or out at a different time, please ask if it’s possible. We can’t make any guarantees. For checking out, please clean up the home as much as possible and take out your trash. We ask that you respect our home as if it was your own. If you damage anything, you will be held accountable for replacing it. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard. The Neighborhood: Quiet, charming neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Other Things to Note: We expect full respect of our property from our guests and adherence to all rules and guidelines. If guests are disrespectful or fail to follow our reasonable set of rules, they will be held accountable. If you are not willing to be responsible, then we advise you look for another place to stay. Interaction with Guests: We do not communicate outside the Airbnb app. For emergencies only you may contact us by cell phone and we will do our best to get in touch with you ASAP.
