The unit is on the 2nd Floor overlooking Lake Woodlands Drive. Access to the 2nd Floor is via elevator. Once in the unit, it is serene with everything that you need to enjoy your time away from home but feeling like you are comfortable at home. The Primary Bedroom has an adjustable, luxury king mattress. The Secondary Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. Both Bedrooms have large, walk-in closets and private baths. There are 50" Smart TV's in both bedrooms along with the living room. The Living Room opens up to a beautiful balcony. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need including a crockpot, instapot, keurig cafe, toaster, waffle maker, bakeware and cookware. Our guests love all the amenities that we include in our units. Whole Foods is just steps away. If you would like to order groceries from the Whole Foods Hughes Landing, we will pick them up and have them waiting for you in your unit. The dining area includes a good size round table that you can use for working or go down to the Co-Workspace on the same floor. The Co-Workspace offers a private conference room and private and communal workspaces along with the most amazing complimentary coffee. On the day of your arrival, we will send you a code to the unit door along with a virtual key to access the front door of the building outside of management hours for the building. Our client care manager lives in the property and is available for any questions as am I by text. We are here to ensure your stay is comfortable. Please let us know if you need anything. Inside the unit you will find a key fob that gives you access to the amenities in the building as well as the parking garage. The parking garage is very close to the unit for easy access.
