Custom built home on 7.5 acres tucked away in the woods with waterfront access to Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! Wolfes Neck State Park's stunning coastal trails and forests are only a mile away. 3 bedrooms (2 x king beds, 1 x queen, 1 x sofa bed), a spacious loft (1 x queen bed, 1 x queen size air mattress) and 3 x full baths. Enjoy a coastal Maine experience! The entire house is yours and the privacy of our large property offers the perfect, peaceful retreat that is only a stone's throw away from the action of Freeport, Portland, and Maine's many coastal attractions. Guests also have access to 2 Blue Sit-on-Top Kayaks down on the kayak rack at the water front. For groups with more than 6 people, an annex bedroom (#4 in the listing) is made available with additional beds. Guests can access waterfront. 2 Kayaks available for use (life jackets available). Guests can have access to steam bath as well as sauna. Guests have access to the gas fire pit on the deck. Guests may use dog wash room should they be permitted their dog for their stay Guest have a basketball hoop, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and petanque (bocce ball) set. Guests may have as much or as little interaction as they prefer! We are happy to assist with local knowledge, recommendations, etc. Our home is rented when we are away or with family nearby so while we are not available in person, we are only a phone call away. House is on the Wolfe's Neck Peninsula just one mile from both Wolfe's Neck State Park and Wolfe's Neck Farm. Home is located on 7.5 acres of private land with access to 300 feet of waterfront on Harriseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor. Perfect place to bring bicycles. There is plenty of space to store your own bicycles in the garage (please do not use owner's bicycles). Driveway is private and 1/4 mile long, so it is safe for young ones to bike on. Our home is a located in a rural residential area and is a place to spend quality time relaxing with friends and family and enjoying the natural surroundings. It is not a place for loud noise (especially at night) and parties. The town of Freeport has ordinances about this and violators will be reported to the police and fined.
