Summary: This is a newly remodeled studio with updated amenities and great furniture! It is great for a couple or on person traveling for work! 1 studio, free street parking spaces, and 1 bathroom. We can accommodate up to 2 guests. Great apartment with exposed brick and wonderful artwork! Great place to explore German Village or for work in Columbus! 5 min walk to Nationwide Children’s Hospital! The Space: This is a brand newly remodled apartment complex! It is very clean with great amenities and perferce for someone traveling to Columbus for work a couple traveling to see the city! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, all packed into a studio room. The bathroom and linens are always clean and stocked with shower supplies, towels, and extra linens. You also have access to a washer and dryer with Tide Detergent Pods and Dryer Sheets. Guest Access: You can enter this property through the only back door on the building. You cannot access this unit from the front entrance. We will send you a code that you will use to unlock the electronic lock. The Neighborhood: Safe area in Schumacher Village with great neighbors! Always remember to lock the door and your car as a best practice! Getting Around: Uber, Driving, Walking. Other Things to Note: We do not accept bookings for people who are under the age of 21 who live or are from the Columbus area. Absolutely no parties and no smoking. If our cleaners find evidence or we receive complaints of either it is an automatic $500 fine upon checkout on top of additional cleaning fees. There are 5 other units that are airbnb’d in this building and encourage you to look at the other ones as well and book multiple for bigger groups or more privacy.
