NEW! Restored Cabin on bold creek- No cleaning fee

This newly restored cabin overlooks a bold creek and is adjacent to the Pisgah National Forest. The cabin is bright & open, with a modern interior & peaceful, rustic feel. The perfect place to relax & enjoy the outdoors -Wood fireplace inside, campfire ring outside, stocked with wood -Secluded and quite, off a well maintained private gravel driveway - 15-minute drive to Banner Elk dining, 10 minutes to grocery & other stores -Golf, award-wining wineries, down hill skiing, etc. within 15-30 min. The space OVERVIEW This beautiful 700 square foot cabin is open and filled with natural light. It has vaulted ceilings, wood floors, walnut countertops, bright windows, and a generous back porch. Most nights, the view of stars is spectacular. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM The two bedrooms are of similar size, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a full-size bed. There is also a cot located under the full-sized bed. All linens and blankets are provided. (Please note: the couch in the living room is not a pull-out couch) The bathroom features a walk-in tile shower with stone harvested from the nearby riverbed. All towels, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. WIFI & TV The house has fast Wi-Fi and a "Smart TV" (Netflix is available for free, and Hulu, Amazon, HBO, etc. can be streamed from your devices). There is NO cable/live TV nor DVD. We also have a small portable Bose speaker so you can listen to music indoors and out. KITCHEN The Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven and stove, dishwasher, and microwave. All cooking tools, utensils, plates, bowls, and flatware are included. As is tea, drip coffee, and condiments. PORCH AND YARD AREA The exterior of the property features an extended back porch with wicker furniture and an outdoor gas grill. There is a lawn area large enough for games, a fire pit with several Adirondack chairs, and a fully stocked woodpile. LOCATION The cabin is located at the end of a dead-end road. You will drive a few hundred feet on a well-maintained gravel driveway. The local grocery store is a 10 minute drive away. There are lots of dining and shops within 15-20 minutes. And we are surrounded by excellent hiking trails and fly fishing streams. ABOUT OUR PROPERTY (VALLEY SPRINGS) Valley Springs resides on 35 private acres, adjacent to hundred of acres of national forest land.
