Outside, you'll find a screened porch, a lower-level patio, an outdoor fire pit, and a charcoal grill to enjoy. Inside, the home is filled with stylish and sleek high-end furnishings and numerous features that keep convenience and luxury in mind. Among those amenities is a pinball machine and bar area as well as a pack and play portable crib and high chair for those traveling with younger children. In addition to the amenities at the home, as a guest at Treehaus you will also be able to enjoy the exclusive amenities within Camp Lake James for the duration of your stay—take a dip in the pool, explore the lake by kayak, grab a quick bite at the Canteen, curl up by the stone outdoor fireplace, and enjoy community-led activities to your heart’s content. Located just 45 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this upscale lakefront home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Outside of the community, you can spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park or High Shoal Falls in South Mountains State Park before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora’s open-air brewery at Whipporwill Farm. This home offers exclusive access to Camp Lake James community amenities, including a spacious pool & covered pavilion area with a cabana. While the home is near the lake, it is NOT lakefront and does NOT have its own private boat dock. However, you are welcome to rent a pontoon boat through Lake James Neighborhood Store (4.3 miles away) or Noah’s Landing (10.4 miles away). This home has exterior security cameras at the front and lower-level doors.
