This is a 2 BR/1 BA sleeps 4-6 guests. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of Amenities and Things to do. Only 5 Minutes to Town and the Clare County Fair Grounds. Clare County Fair-July 26-31,2022 The Cottage has 90 ft. of Lakefront. A Lakefront area with a maintained Sandy Bottom for water activities. The view of Sutherland Lake (47 Acre Lake) when you're sitting on the deck is amazing. There's a view of Sutherland Lake from every window. A great Lake for Small Water Craft. Take a ride or fish with 14 ft. Aluminum Fishing Boat w/ Electric Trolling Motor or jump into the kayaks or take a leisurely walk around the lake. In the evenings Grill something on the Gas or Charcoal Grill whichever you prefer. As it gets dark you can sit around a bonfire next to the shoreline telling tales, playing a guitar, harmonica. Let's not forget S'mores or Roasting Hot Dogs.
