Built in 2016, this 4BR/3BA home also offers an open-concept floor plan with two living areas and canal views. Fire up the grill in one of two large outdoor spaces. LIVING AREA The light-filled Great Room features a dazzling wall of windows as well as a smart TV. The family room provides a full-size sofa bed and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Detailed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person island, the sparkling full kitchen has all you need to create your favorite recipes. When meals are ready, the dining table seats up to eight. BED & BATH This home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the family room. The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, one with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Two guest bathrooms are both configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take refreshing dips in the unheated splash pool (up to 4’-deep). Launch a kayak or fish from your private dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
