Benicia is home to the Benicia State Park, Benicia community pool, library, tennis court, walking, and hiking trails, Benicia Capitol State Park. Come visit Benicia, once upon a time, the capital of California from 1853-1854. So much history and beauty, oh so much to love! The home boasts impressive 12-foot tall ceilings throughout the main floor, and is very spacious and inviting. It has 9 bedrooms, three full bathrooms (one of which is a master spa-like luxury bathroom) and two half bathrooms. There will be no such thing as waiting for a toilet! Even some rooms have gorgeous water views! The backyard is large and has lots of seating. Perfect for a BBQ or relaxing outdoors. There's a very cute and spacious front porch with an antique bench and rocking chairs reminiscent of years past. The best thing is that you're literally a hop, skip, and a jump away from the water and main street. Description of Bedrooms: UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 1: Luxurious King Bed with an opening (no door) leading to Bed 2 Bedroom 2: Rollaway twin bed if over 16 people Both bedrooms 1 & 2 have access to the master bathroom (door can be shut for complete privacy for bedrooms 1 & 2, and master bath/laundry. They have a shared closet and a secondary owner's closet is locked. Bedroom 3: no bed/game room/ air mattress if over 16 people and upon request only Attic: 2 futons where two people can sleep! Ideal for teenagers that want privacy and want to play games while everyone else sleeps! One rollaway bed here. Futons and rollaway bed linens are provided only if over 16 people. Bedroom 4: Two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins) and a closet Bedroom 6:Two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins) and no closet Please note that only people less than 200 pounds should sleep on the top bunk. 15 people upstairs DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 7: Luxurious bed with no closet (owner closet) Bedroom 8: Luxurious bed with closet Bedroom 9: Luxurious with no closet and secondary door access to full bathroom 6 people downstairs TOTAL: 21 Any additional guests over 16 people will require permission prior to booking an additional guest fee will apply. The setup, all amenities come only with the number of guests you paid for. A list of names should be submitted to the host upon request for insurance purposes. In the case that references or reviews are not provided, you may be asked to provide an additional refundable deposit up to $1000.00 transacted through the Airbnb platform, payable at least 5 days prior to arrival and refundable within 5 days of checkout.
