Through the living room is a dining area which connects out to the deck through a slider and has a nice view of the backyard area. To the right of the dining area is a full kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space. Down the hallway to the left is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, two bedrooms with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds with room for six. Downstairs the high ceilinged basement is the perfect location to enjoy the ping pong table if you are feeling competitive. Also in the basement is a washer and dryer. Outside of Acorn Ranch you will find plenty of space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod weather. There is a deck with propane grill that looks out onto the well kept backyard. Walking down the deck stairs and past the stone beds and steps you will be on the lush grass with plenty of area for lawn games and relaxation.
