LIVING AREA Unwind in the open living area, where a sofa and two side chairs surround a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Release your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, where a full suite of stainless steel appliances awaits. Two can perch at the breakfast bar, while a table in the living area seats two. BED & BATH This single-level apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Parking for one car is available in front of the unit (or in a lot behind the unit) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Street parking is not available. THE LOCATION Walk just 100’ from your front door to the beach to spend sun-kissed days on the sand. Stroll 2 minutes to Pelican Lake to walk around the water. Or rent a bike and visit Juno Beach Pier (1.6 miles) to cast a line or snap a photo. Golf enthusiasts will find plenty of nearby greens on which to perfect their swing. Make the 1.1-mile trip to the heart of town to explore the Loggerhead Marinelife Center or discover local eateries. An array of restaurants, shops, local attractions, and museums await in downtown West Palm Beach (12 miles). Parking notes: One parallel parking spot is available to the front of the unit (on Starlite Ln). A parking lot is located behind the unit (on Mercury Rd). All parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Street parking is not available. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
