Here, you're conveniently located within 5 Mins to the Fort Campbell front gate, 10mins to Cole Park Golf Course! For your outdoor adventures, you're only 15 mins to Clarksville Greenway and McGregor Park and Cumberland Riverwalk, with a boat ramp and access to the Cumberland River! The Space: The foyer will welcome you into the home with access to the stairs which will lead you to either main level with the living spaces and two bedrooms or downstairs where you'll find the remaining three bedrooms. The living room is on your right at the top of the stairs with plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa and a smartTV! The dining room, which is just off the living room, has a large table with seating for 6-8! Through the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen which is ready for any home-cooked meal! The hallway at the top of the stairs will take you to the two queen bedrooms and bathroom that are upstairs. Downstairs, you will find three bedrooms; one with a king bed, one with two fulls and the last with one full bed. There is a shared bathroom downstairs. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: The home is located less than 2 miles from the Fort Campbell Visitors Center with an abundance of stores, restaurants and attractions nearby! Getting Around: This home is located close to all there is to do and see in Clarksville! Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area. Other Things to Note: Please note that this home is close to the airport, so you might hear some flights taking-off and landing! We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code.
