As you approach the house and walk up the front porch you will be greeted by a beautiful wooden front porch with a large outdoor sitting area. This serene space is excellent for a warm cup of coffee amidst the new chill of the fall, or for some sweet tea as you watch the family play upfront in the heat of the summer. Enter through the blue front door on the right side of this duplex and you will be greeted by a comfortable living space with 2 comfy sofas and a large modern smart tv to watch all your streaming favorites. Just past the living room is a large dining space with a lovely square dining table for meals, games or getting some work done on the laptop. Toward the back of the house is a bonus room that can be used for relaxing or a way for someone to get some needed alone time for work or study. Flanking this space is the fully functional kitchen with new granite counters and all your needed appliances, pots, pans, and other cookware. Up the stairs to the second level and you will find a full bathroom with a wonderful “dual shower head” system for maximum comfort and versatility. You will also find 3 bedrooms, 2 medium size rooms with queen beds and a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large smart TV. You will find a full length mirror in the master bedroom so you can be sure that your look is complete before you head out for a business meeting or an evening on the town. There is an exterior door in the bedroom at the backside of the house that leads to a very unique and fun outdoor sitting space that gives you an elevated view and a great place to relax in the evening especially in the spring and fall. Two “overstuffed” couches adorn the main living space with a large smart TV to stream your favorite shows or movies. Sit and relax after a long day and enjoy some conversation or chill and watch your favorite show. There is a convenient half bath on the first floor just off the kitchen near the back door and a full bath on the 2nd floor. Bathrooms are stocked with all you need including soap, shampoo, hair dryer and plenty of towels. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities.
