The yard is shared by all guests. The Loft unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a small kitchenette/living area. While we call it a kitchenette, the appliances are all full-size including a stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. In the same room is a dinette table, couch and TV. The rear bedroom has an attached bathroom which can also be accessed from the living room. The second bathroom is shared by bedrooms 2 & 3. All bedrooms have TVs. Your private suite entrance is in the front of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway in the front of the house or on the street. When parking in front of the house, please park as close to the house as possible so guests in the other suites can get by to their parking areas. Other guests may park in the driveways to the left and right of the home, so please do not park in these areas. You get the entire space to yourself. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergency.
