Downtown Condo w/Views & Garage

Steps away from the historic Hotel Colorado this private studio sleeps up to four. The space includes an equipped kitchen, garage parking & views with outdoor seating. The Hot Springs Pool and the many restaurants & shops of downtown all within 7 min walk. City of Glenwood Springs Permit No. ATR18-002 The space This space is a private 600 sq ft studio within my town home. The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests (1 queen bed / 1 full size American Leather sleeper sofa) and includes a fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, and outdoor balcony. The garage makes up the first floor of the town home, the studio is on the second, and co-host Sara lives on the third level. She shares access to the stairwell and garage where the washer and dryer are located. In 2019 we added air conditioning, and completed a full bathroom remodel -including a new tiled shower! Note, there is no longer a bath tub in the space. Guest access Guests will have remote access to one garage space as well as the shared washer and dryer. Other things to note When checking out, it would be much appreciated if all guests were to strip the sheets from the bed and wash any dirty dishes. Thanks in advance!
