Great for relaxing and sunning with pool, big patio table & chaise loungers. Super comfy beds with fluffy comforters & plenty of soft towels in the baths. Gourmet kitchen: WOLF range, specialty cooking tools, lots of pots and pans, and a coffee station too. Enjoy the peaceful environment while being close to all the fun stuff L.A. has to offer. Great local neighborhood for walking. There are also beautiful hiking trails nearby in the Santa Monica Mountains. If you're traveling without a car and need to get somewhere fast, I'm usually available for a quick shuttle service!! If you do have a car, there's plenty of parking. Pool heating fee to be collected via VRBO app at time of booking. Rate varies depending on time of year... colder months higher, warmer months lower. NO profit on gas cost, just covers the expense! And, most likely not even needed in summer months. UPDATE as of FEB 2022: My neighbor started a home-renovation project. I’ve installed an acoustic metal-roller-shade over the dual-paned window that faces that direction and also installed a 75’ long by 14’ high acoustic blanket along the property line atop the existing block wall (I have pics). The backyard is COMPLETELY private (especially now!) but I can’t guarantee that there won’t be occasional construction noise on WEEKDAYS only, until 3-4pm; NO WORK on WEEKENDS.
