The space The greatest feature of our house is its central Carrboro location, but we have added upgrades for everyone to enjoy. Our house is cozy and compact and particularly suited for people who enjoy and appreciate unique period homes. When you walk in, our spacious living and seating area is arranged for comfortable conversations and equipped with a SmartTV. Wi-fi is fast and complimentary. Our living room flows to the kitchen and dining nook. Kitchen is a period kitchen, painted and slightly modified to accommodate modern appliances: gas stove with a griddle, French door refrigerator with ice maker, Bosch 3-level dishwasher, and a stacked washer and dryer. We also offer a DeLonghi espresso maker, Keurig dual machine (K-cups and drip), French press, kettle, toaster, microwave, mixer, and German-made porcelain. Coffees and teas are complimentary and we strive to provide highest quality ingredients. The master bedroom houses a California King bed with a soft mattress topper. The master also has a built-in closet and the main door comes with a built-in mirror. En-suite with a walk-in shower. The desk with a multifunction printer is available for use. The second bedroom has a firm California King bed and a closet with built-ins. The third, and the smallest bedroom, has a stackable single bed that can be separated into two single beds. It also contains a built-in office nook. The built-in closet contains childrens' toys and books. Main hallway bath has a Japanese soaking tub designed for full submersion and is well suited for tall people. The bath also contains a walk-in shower. We offer a 220V EV plug and the free town charge station is 3 minutes away. Carrboro recently installed a fast charger at Carrboro Plaza although it is not free. It is in the vicinity of several local businesses including Food Lion and ABC Store that has an outstanding selection of high-quality liquor. Front and back yards are large; we do not use pesticides or insecticides as we enjoy pollinators visiting and get tons of fireflies in the summer. Our kids loved playing by the neighboring creek.
