Summary: Welcome to gorgeous Arvada, Colorado. Our large, spacious home is tastefully remodeled with plenty of room for a large family or group! Perfectly located between Downtown Denver and Rocky Mountain Front Range. Plenty of places to eat about 3 blocks away and a short 4 minute drive to Olde Town Arvada. Only 20 minutes from the Denver Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Broncos Stadium, Rockies Stadium and Ball Arena for the Avalanche. Quick access to I-70 makes it easy to explore the bountiful parks, trails, and all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping Denver has to offer. The Space: Full House fits up to 10 guests - 4 bedrooms - 6 beds - 3 full baths, Self Checkin - with keyless front entry~ Extra off street parking on premises - High Speed Wifi - 2- 55" Roku TV's - available Washer/Dryer - **Pets under 50lbs allowed with approval** - Large fenced backyard and brand new Hot Tub *Please take a moment to read our house rules* Our large home has two main living areas, when you enter you'll find a laundry room with full access washer and dryer, full kitchen and living room with a large 55" Roku TV. Upstairs you'll find the Master Suite with a brand new King bed, has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom is a Queen, it shares a full bath stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash. The hardwood floors were kept original during the remodel. There will be cracking noises when you walk on the wood floor. From the Living Room there is a spacious sun room and access to the large backyard where you can enjoy the hot tub, sunrises and sunsets. The basement level has a nice open living room with a sofa that doubles as either two twin beds or one king bed, and another large 55" Roku TV, it has a Pool/Ping Pong Table that doubles as a table. This is also where the other two Queen and Full bedrooms and a large full bathroom. We love your furry pets, just let us know you're bringing them along to enjoy the Colorado landscape. As part of Airbnb protocol we don't allow parties, however we have hosted events and gatherings for family and friends. Let us know what you're thinking and see how we can help arrange it for you! Visit nearby Olde Town Arvada off of Webster St, you'll find a little bit of everything. Some of the recommended restaurants are listed here and you will find new favorites everyday! Denver Beer Company, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Scrumptious, Silver Vines Winery, Urban Beets and The Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge. If you're looking for close trails and open spaces, the Clear Creek Trail is just south of the house which connects Downtown Denver to beautiful Golden. Crown Hill Park Wildlife Sanctuary is a beautiful 242 acres of Open Space and trails, just north of our home! Guest Access: Guests may access the entire house The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a shopping center with shopping and restaurants You may see around the property the occasional wildlife including rabbits, raccoons, fox a variety of birds and insects, even the occasional garden snake. Just let them do their thing, and enjoy it when you are lucky enough to see an occasional sighting. Other Things to Note: *There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **We love pets! But please let us know when you're bringing your dog. There will be an additional PET CLEANING FEE of $50 charged for the extra time it takes to clean pet hair from the furniture and house before the next guests arrive.
