LIVING AREA Gleaming hardwood floors and an abundance of natural light make the street-floor living area a delightful spot to relax. Get lost in a good book on the sleeper sofa or watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare scrumptious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, detailed with classic Cape Cod decor and a large bay window overlooking the front yard. While dinner simmers, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the kitchen table for two or more. When you’re ready to eat, savor your culinary creations in the sunroom for an enchanting twilight dinner. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Find quiet privacy in the primary street-level suite, featuring a queen bed, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, a sunny second bedroom is configured with a double bed and a large skylight. Doubling as a third bedroom, a large open living space in the walk-out basement includes a queen bed. This area also has ample seating, an office nook, fitness equipment, a 55” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom off the kitchen has a tub/shower combination. Parking notes: My house has two driveways: the primary driveway on the south side of the house and the secondary driveway on the north side of the house. Can accommodate up to 6 cars total.
