This cottage is set up perfectly for large families and friends looking for a getaway in the Irish Hills. The house is located 125 yards to the waters edge. Evans Lake is a private lake that only allows access to residents and guests. Lake access for fishing, skiing and relaxing are all included. A 201 acre private lake open for watersports activities. The dock will be in the water from memorial day until labor day. The house does not have a dishwasher, we encourage paper products to cut down on the dishes. The layout: Three bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom.
