There's plenty of extra parking in this a quiet centralized neighborhood, situated between the Rocky Mountains and Downtown Denver! Only about 20 Minutes from Broncos Stadium, Rockies Stadium and the Ball Arena for the Avalanche. Discounts for Extended Stays! The Space: Come feel the warmth and coziness of this space, with plenty of room to spread out for you, your guests and your pets! Full House fits up to 10 guests - 4 bedrooms - 4 beds and a small sofa bed - 3 full bathrooms. Fully self Check-in! Extra off and on street parking on premises - Self Keyless Entry - Wifi - Stream TV - Large Kitchen - Washer/Dryer - **Pets under 50lbs allowed with approval** - Large fully fenced backyard with fire pit and a HOT TUB! It starts with the upstairs California King Master Bedroom, full bath and walk in closet. The private outdoor balcony and wide windows comes with a Mountain View! The basement Queen Master Suite has its own full bath and a living room with a small sofa couch that expands. Grab a game or a book and spread out in this quiet zone. There are two more King Bedrooms on the split upstairs, that share a large bathroom with a tub. (This is a tri-level house) The open luxury kitchen is stocked with coffee and spices for your cooking and baking needs, has large dining room table and counter top seating. The living room has a large 75" LG TV that sits on top of a heating/cooling fire place for that indoor cozy fell for those cold night. Turn on the dual zone entertainment system, and log into your Spotify or Netflix account to stream instantly! If you're needing to get a little work done on your vacation, connect to the Wifi and setup at the desk in a comfy chair in front of the large bay window. Then relax in the large brand new hot tub, with a small fire pit in our siren private fenced backyard. (pictures of the new hot tub will be posted soon!) The joys of Colorado, is that there's so much to do! Hiking, Exploring the Restaurants of Food, Wine and Breweries, and of course Shopping! You will find this home North of Denver on I-25, head south into the Metro or head West to the Mountains, there's luxury in the travel to the destination! The stunning views of the Mountains and Denver skyline makes this neighborhood one of the best kept secret spots in Colorado. Guest Access: Guests may access the entire home, except the garage. We do have an empty large shed in the backyard that guests can use if you need some extra space. A perfect space for your Snowboards and Skis! You will find the extra outdoor seating chairs located here. The Neighborhood: Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, its built on top of one of the many cascading hills leading into Denver. You will see some of the most gorgeous views of the Denver skyline. Once you've arrived you won't want to leave the open and comfortable space! Getting Around: The nearby bus and extensions of the public transit is less than 5 minutes away. Head 10 minutes down the street to Westminster Promenade or Denver Outlets for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I-25 is just around the corner and a quick connection to all the extended adventures Colorado has to offer! We are located North of Denver between 104th and Thornton Parkway. *We are located in Northglenn, CO about 20 minutes North of Denver and 30 minutes from the Airport, and 25 minutes from both Golden and Boulder. * Other Things to Note: *There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **We love pets! But please let me know when you're bringing them with you. There will be an additional PET CLEANING FEE of $50 charged for the extra time it takes to clean pet hair from the furniture and house before the next guests arrive.
