Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bunk Beds | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, knife set, bar w/ seating, toaster, ice maker, hot water pot. MAIN LEVEL INDOOR LIVING: 2 Smart TVs, propane fireplace, dining table, ceiling fans. LOWER LEVEL INDOOR LIVING: 75" Smart TV, full size pool table, full size air hockey table, darts, arcade games, board games, Play Station 4, pull out couch that becomes a king sized bed. OUTDOOR HANGOUT: Dining area, gas grill, comfortable seating, hanging chair. GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer & dryer by request, towels & linens, keyless entry, hair dryer, hangers, iron & board, trash bags & paper towels. PARKING: Up to 5 cars. -- THE LOCATION -- The Hideout Community and Surrounding Area Our house is within 5 minute drive from the main beach (with kayak rentals), pool, Ski Hill open on weekends + President’s week in winter (DOA) and arts center. The community also includes a 9-hole golf course and pub, a second beach and pool, mini golf, a 2.7 mile nature walking trail, multiple parks with picnic tables and charcoal grills, and more! All subject to separate fees from community and subject to availability with COVID restrictions in mind. Many bigger ski resorts and water parks are all within 25 mins-1 hour driving distance away. Honesdale, Hawley and Dickson City are a short 20-minute drive away featuring great local shops, antique stores, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and small museums. Important things to note: We are in a gated, private community with it's own security and requirements for renting. We realize this may be new to some travelers so we like to be as upfront about this as possible. The community requires info for ALL guests (12 Max) including names, ages, addresses, and vehicles that enter the community and stay at our property, and this is strictly enforced. This is not the house to rent if you are looking to have a variety of visitors come and go throughout your stay, or are hoping to squeeze in additional people, as we will be made aware and you will lose your security deposit. The fines for being in violation are steep and compromises our standing in the community and ability to rent again in the future. In compliance with our HOA, we require a rental agreement to be signed at booking. All guests must be 25 & older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. There is a security check in at the main gate upon arrival. Once to the home, guests can easily access via digital lock code.
