Fun Times at Gilligan’s on the Island

This is our vacation home 3/2 that is furnished with new beds, new furniture, very clean, and lots of fun. Can Sleep up to 10 with 3 queen beds, sofa pullout, lanai futon, and air mattress. Relaxing seating on Dock, New Beds, Electric fireplace, full kitchen complete w/ spices & all cookware. 3 Smart TV's, Bait fridge, Board games, 2 bikes, 2 fishing poles, park Boat Trailer on side yard. Your family will love the experience of walking to town which is an 8 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. Bring your boat as the launch ramp is a half mile away & you can drive your boat around to the dock. The Matl;acha Pass is 300 meters from my dock.There is a Boat lift for upto 6,000 lbs but you may need to adjust the configuration to fit your boat. Some people just tie it up to the dock. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and a full fridge & Freezer and Bait. Margarita Machine/Blender for drinks and smoothies.
