Everywhere you look you can see the sparkle from the sun kissed Ohio River. There are many things to enjoy, but the basement is my favorite spot personally. It has the feel of a Miami Beach condo! It’s the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. Complete with comfortable seating, walk out patio with a grill, mini fridge, ice maker, wet bar, television, and linear fireplace. Enjoy a bourbon at the cocktail table with panoramic river views. The 3BR / 3.5BA floor plan features 2 King beds, one double bed, and a bonus jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom. The upper and lower levels have their own thermostat to ensure maximum comfort for large groups.
